Dual Membership with AAPI Patron Local Chapters, Specialty and Alumni Organizations
The American Association of Physicians of Indian Origin extends a special opportunity to
become an AAPI Patron Member (life member) for the limited time special offer of $250 with the purchase of a lifetime membership from your local chapter, specialty or Alumni Organization.
Those who are members of AAPI's Patron Local Chapters, Specialty or Alumni organizations, may become a Patron Life Member of AAPI for the
special introductory rate of only $250, a savings of 50%.
This special limited time pilot promotion for Dual Membership was developed by the AAPI Membership Committee over the past two years. The proposal for Dual Membership was presented by the Membership Committee, Chaired by AAPI Vice-President Dr. Narendra Kumar, during the AAPI Fall Governing Body in Newport Beach October 31st, 2010. The motion passed unanimously and there was a great deal of excitement and enthusiasm from the Governing Body Members who recognized the importance of building strong bonds between Patron chapters and AAPI. Dr. Narendra Kumar stated, "This will be win-win situation for both our organizations and we hope the success of the program will lead to more organizations signing up as Patron Chapters.
