AAPI-2011 Air India LOYALTY Bonus AWARD

Eligibility Conditions:

The AAPI delegates should have filled up and submitted to Air India the duly completed feedback form at the venue. Those who could not get an opportunity to fill it can do so by sending an email request for this form, from feedback@airindiausa.com or pick it up from Air India's booth #406.

Those AAPI delegates who have completed and returned the feedback forms must buy an Air India ticket in First or Executive Class for a round trip from NYC/CHI to India and travel between 25Jun11 and 31Mar12. After this they will be eligible for $500 Loyalty Bonus, which will be redeemable on their next journey on Air India.

Those AAPI delegates who buy Economy Class Air India tickets for round trip from NYC/CHI to India and travel between 25Jun11 and 31Mar12, will be eligible for a $125 Loyalty Bonus redeemable on their next journey on Air India also.

Quantum of Bonus award and how this Bonus can be used by any nominee

Bonus denominations are indicated below are not combinable on one ticket.

The various usages of the bonus are –
1. Credit of $500 towards one (1) first class round trip ticket from New York or Chicago to India
2. Credit towards two (2) executive class of $250 each, for round trip ticket from New York / Chicago to India. When three or more traveling together in executive class, we will permit use of bonus on ticket for passenger number 2 & 3 on initial trip.
3. Credit can be used to purchase four (4) economy class tickets of $125 each, for round trip travel New York / Chicago to India
4. Credit can be used for payment of date change fees of $125 each for any four (4) Air India economy class tickets in US or in India.

• For First and Business Class Award Tickets, there are no restrictions on travel dates.
• Member choosing to offset award by purchasing upto four economy class tickets to India value of $125 each, will be permitted to travel only during 01Aug11 -15Oct11, 15Jan12 - 31Mar12 & 01Aug12 - 15Oct12.
• The date change penalty award of $125 each on tickets already issued are good for redemption and use uptil March 31, 2012.
• The Loyalty Award is not applicable to previously purchased tickets and has no cash redemption value and will not be replaced if lost.
• $250 discount for children applies in First and Executive Class only. No discount is applicable to infants.
• Offset of bonus award has to be against Tickets bought and issued in USA only.
• Travel is subject to all conditions of the fare purchased, including but not limited to capacity controls, minimum/maximum stay, cancellation penalties and change of booking administrative fees.

How to claim Bonus award and how to take MCO to India for gifting to nominee.

After AAPI delegates complete their initial First, Executive or Economy class journey to India - between 25Jun11 and 31Mar12, they should send to Air India, a scanned copy of their Tickets, Passports and AAPI Delegate cards by email to loyaltybonusaward@airindiausa.com to claim the Award of $500 or $125 as the case may be, in the name of the person nominated by them

When claiming the Bonus award MCO voucher(s) the member will include the names of the nominated passengers along with their passport details. Please note, once the documents are issued no changes will be permitted. Air India will forward to the AAPI delegates a MCO/Voucher, that will be accepted for use either by Air India or any Travel Agent for issuance of the new tickets.

If a delegate is travelling to India and wishes to collect the award at the airport check-in counter for use in India please ensure there is a lead-time of at least 7 working days for making MCO/Vouchers available at Newark/ JFK.

Guidelines and Ticketing Conditions for Travel Agents.

For Booking:
• Create a PNR in the normal manner
• Enter OSI AI AAPI 2011LOYALTY PROMO member name + AAPI Delegate Number
• If more than one PNR, cross refer and enter OSI AI TCP …AAPI (indicate total number in party).

For Ticketing:
• Fare and discount must be auto priced using account codes
          Account Codes
            AAPI500F for First Class discount
            AAPI250C for Exec Class discount
            AAPI125Y for Econ Class discount
• Ticket designator (after applicable fare basic code): / AAPI 2011
• Enter the AAPI delegate number on all tickets in the endorsement box as follows “MID-01234” (MID – followed by membership number)
• Failure to follow ticketing instructions may result in an ADM.
