AAPI AWARDS
- Most Distinguished Physician Award
- Most Distinguished Physician Service to AAPI Award
- Most Distinguished Young Physician Award
- Most Distinguished Medical Student/Resident/Fellow Award
General Criteria for all Awards
- Nominees are restricted to Physicians of Indian ethnic background and heritage.
- Nominees should be actively involved in the area for which they are being considered.
- Supporting materials should demonstrate a substantial commitment, innovativeness, and National or International impact.
- Physicians must have held or hold an unrestricted medical license to practice in the USA (except Medical Students and Residents)
Please submit:
- Written nomination including a current photograph
- Curriculum Vitae of the nominee and letters of recommendation
- Other recognition and awards
- Personal letter regarding the nominee’s service
- Documents and evidence of their exceptional service
Deadline: All nominations and support material to be sent to AAPI Executive Office postmarked on or before February 29, 2012 at 5pm CST
Applications received after the posted deadline will not be considered.
