Promotional Code “AS10AAPI” and $250.00 will be deducted from the cost of each qualifying ticket.
Conditions:
1. Applicable to all adult, round-trip First and Executive Class fares from New York / Chicago to India, unless specifically restricted in the fare rule.
2. Not applicable to already discounted fares, including but not limited to children and infant fare tickets.
3. Travel must be entirely via Air India (including “IC-Indian Airlines”) operated flights. Travel on code-share flights operated by other carriers or Air India Express is not permitted.
4. The AAPI member must be part of the traveling party, and must present his/her AAPI membership card at the time of check-in at New York (JFK or EWR-Newark Airports) or Chicago (O’Hare Airport).
5. All passengers in the AAPI member’s party must travel together from New York or Chicago to India. Passengers will be permitted to return separately.
6. Tickets must be purchased and issued no later than March 31, 2010 and must be issued at the same time for all members of the traveling party.
7. Outbound travel must commence no later than May 15, 2010.
8. Travel is subject to all conditions of the fare purchased, including but not limited to capacity controls, minimum/maximum stay, cancellation penalties and change of booking administrative fees.
9. The discount is not applicable to previously purchased tickets and has no cash redemption value.
Travel Agent Ticketing Instructions:
1. Reservations:
a. Create a First or Executive /Business class PNR in the normal manner.
b. Enter: OSI AI AAPI PROMO MEMBER + (Membership Number)
c. Enter: OSI TCP __ AAPI (indicate total number in the member’s party) if more than one PNR.
2. Ticketing:
a. Fare and discount must be auto-priced using Account Code: AS10AAPI
b. Ticket Designator (after applicable Fare Basic Code): / AAPI.
c. Enter the AAPI Member’s Membership Number on ALL tickets in the Endorsement Box as follows: “MID-01234” (“MID-“ followed by the membership number).
3. Failure to follow ticketing instructions may result in an ADM.
4. Commission will be paid on the discounted base fare value on the ticket.
